God loves us like no other! He loves us from the very beginning and never stop even till now. Even though we are sinners and are unlike Him who has no sin and it Holy, He still loves us like a father's love towards his dear children. Because of that strong love that God shares for us, He sent His only Son to Earth to die for our sins, to go through any hardship like all people on Earth, except that He has no sins. His Son is called Jesus. Like any father, a father would not bare to give his son away, furthermore to die for others. But because God loves us so so much, He gave His only Son to us, to pay on that cross for our sins! "A wretch" refers to us, sinners. Because of Jesus who paid it all for our sins, we can be saved and we can be a treasure to God. God's love for us cannot be expressed into words because it is too great! Even though the pain that Jesus went through is so great as well, but God still gave Jesus to us. The Bible states that Jesus was tortued by the Romans before being crucified onto that cross, He was whipped several/many times, and each whip tore a part of His flesh away. Can you imagine the pain? It is said that Jesus was no longer a human, you cannot even tell that He was a human because He was whipped, flesh torn apart until He no longer has a figure of what a man has. Furthermore, being crucified is not just hanging on the cross, nails were pierced through His two hands and feet into the cross to keep Him on it. Jesus did so much just so that we can be saved from our sins. God knew this has to happen and because He loves us so, He sent Jesus for our sake, to pay for the terrible sins we have.

I know that it is finished
"the Man" refers to Jesus. As He was hung up there on the cross, He was bearing all the burden of our sins. Only through the shedding of His blood will our sins be cleansed because His blood is Holy and has no sin so that is the only way. Without Jesus dying on the cross, we cannot be freed from the burden of sin. As Jesus was being crucified, the Romans were mocking Him, saying, "If you really are God, why don't you bring yourself down?" The thing is that the purpose of God sending Jesus down to Earth is to die for our sins, so that we may be freed from the clutches of sin. Jesus can come down from the cross any moment but if He does that, His purpose of coming down to Earth is no more. However Jesus did not answer their questions that day but He only talked to God, the Father, and said these words, "Forgive them for they know not what they've done!" God loves us so much that He is able to forgive each and every one of our sins. Because of our sins, we have put Jesus on the cross.. ..all because of our sins. When Jesus' purpose on Earth was done, we were given a new life, a salvation, a chance to accept Him as our very own Saviour, a brand new life. A life with the Holy Spirit in us, guiding us always in life. Before that day, we were all spiritually dead but after salvation, we are born again in the spirit and is now spiritually alive.

The things on Earth, the achievement you have on Earth is nothing in God's eyes! Is only something to Man and you will only get praises from Man if you have good results or win a trophy or competition. I am not saying that God won't praise you for that but is not important in God's eyes. You know, whenever there is something good that has happened or someone/something who/which is amazing, you will talk about it, won't you? Like for example, a moive star whom you find to be handsome? For example, you have scored A1 for a particular subject and you would go around telling almost everyone. Right? Haha. Well in this case, Jesus has done a great time, He has given us water so that we will not thirst again, He has given us the bread of life so that we will never hunger, He has given us the opportunity of salvation. He came down to Earth to pay for our sins so lets boast in Jesus and not in Earthly matters. We are all sinners so we do not deserve such deed from Jesus, we do not deserve His love. But God loves us and He is willing to give us anything, even if He has to give His only Son. JESUS LOVES US!!
Therefore my friends, I would like to say, come to know Jesus if you have not yet known Him. Come to have a intimate relationship with Him. Come to receive His blessings which He is waiting to give it all to you. Come to Him in prayer! Boast in Jesus Christ, tell everyone the good news. Good news are meant to be shared!
Before I end this post, I would like you guys to sing this song again from the bottom of your heart. Sing it to God, sing it with everything you got, praising God as you sing, praising God as your slowly pour out those words unto Him. I do not care whether you can sing or not, God doesn't care if you can sing or not, God wants a cheerful heart. Even if you can sing but you do not sing with all your heart, God does not want it. So just sing it to the Lord, not because God wants you to sing to Him, but because He deserves it!
